When are you eligible for a refund of goods?

- When one of our products is delivered to one of our customers with any damages, they are welcome to return the product and get new one delivered or get a refund.

What are NON-REFUNDABLE situations and reasons?

- If a customer returns a product that has been used.

- If customers return anything else other than the product they have purchased.
